Refund & Exchange Policy
Requests for refunds or exchanges must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receiving the shipment, and the NFC card must be in its original condition.
No requests will be accepted after this period has ended.
Requests will not be accepted for cards that are damaged or have had their activation used.
Each shipment is eligible for one transaction only — either a refund or an exchange, but not both.
The customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred during the refund or exchange process.
If a refund or exchange is requested during a free shipping period, the customer will bear the shipping cost for both sending and returning the item.
Refunds are issued only through InstaPay or Vodafone Cash, and will be processed within 14 days after the returned card is received and inspected.
If you receive a card that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, we offer a free replacement with no additional shipping charges, provided the request is submitted within 3 days of receiving the order
